In late November, a federal judge blocked an Obama Administration regulation that would have made millions of Americans eligible for overtime pay on December 1st.
The decision by U.S. District Judge Amos Mazzant in the Eastern District of Texas affected an estimated 4.2 million workers who were to be eligible for time-and-a-half wages for each hour worked beyond 40 per week.
